How to shop here?

It is simple and easy!
As easy as choose, add to cart, submit a shipping address, review your order and pay via Paypal!

You do not need to register to shop.
Just pick up what you like in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout when you finish your shopping.
We need a shipping address to be used for the delivery shipping quote and you will pay using one of the safest and most convenient methods - PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal.

Not a PayPal user and having problems, let us know and we will provide additional information on paying with PayPal.

Registration

During checkout you will receive a registration for the shop. An email with your user name and auto-generated password will wait in your inbox for you if you would like to use it in future purchases.

They are handy in case you would like to save some products in you cart for some time. Keep in mind that placing something in your shopping cart will keep it there but will not prevent other people from buying it. This action will only make the product easy to find – it will be in your cart the next time you log in the shop.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on your order weight and your location.
Your order will be shipped with registered priority mail with tracking.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout and you will see the cost you are paying.
We make sure these are the actual shipping costs. Should any calculated shipping cost turn higher than the actual shipping cost we will refund the excess via PayPal.

Privacy & Security

The information you provide is solely used for the delivery of your order.
We do not ask you to provide any credit card or bank information on this site.
The password you are using here is not available to anyone else than you.

Customer Service & Returns

If you have any questions, please contact us!

If you do not like your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us for a replacement or money return with our 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Just make sure all items are in original condition and packaging and they have no smoke odor to them. We will also like to know the reason you are not happy so we can improve our service.

Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us.
Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges and custom work.
